I am willing to change my last review on the staffing at The Residences. Since my last complaint to corporate about my parking issues, the lighting issues it was rectified, they installed lights to help me parking/Walking, in that dark space at night, THANK YOU.. I have noticed all of my concerns have been addressed. I personally want to thank Amber for ALWAYS lending an ear even when I was upset, she listened. She along with the others staff addressed my issues, offered solutions, and implemented what was promised. Thank you. A special thank you to Meredith she has been working very hard to get me transferred, responding in a timely fashion and answering all of my difficult questions about moving to another unit that offers better quality for my living standards. This will not be my forever home but until this market stabilizes I will be calling the Residence At Wakefield Home. Thanks for all you do for our community.

I stopped by wakefield when I was looking for an apartment in the north Raleigh area. I had the best experience with the ladies in the office, especially with lisette and amber. They helped me along every step of the way securing my apartment. Maintenance has been a tremendous help as well. They’ve been super responsive and quick with my issues. Can not recommend highly enough!

Maintenance is supreme and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them. One has a great smile and is a great conversation. He does well in explaining what is to be done and respecting boundaries. Another had a chat with me about a game we were both playing! There was never a feeling of a wall or awkwardness. That being said, and since I'm practicing positivity, maintenance and the location of this complex are the only aspects that carry my rating.

8/2322 -The office lady at the front desk(the heavy set one) was extremely disrespectful, maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed I have no idea, I came through the front door, she saw me and didn't say anything, I had to say "hello, I think I have some packages delivered here" the office lady said "uh here? In the office?, because they usually deliver them in our parcel pickup room" I said "ok yeah, there" she doesn't say anything, she gets up and walks us to the pickup room and she doesn't get my packages, she tells me to go in the room and get them myself and she leaves, i have idea what her problem is but she needs to be reprimanded.
