Only mind they are the definition of Poor management. Got progressively worse while I lived there. Poor / fake record keeping with the apparent intent of collecting more fees. Arrogant and rude manager. Saw the owner once: While masks were required everywhere u went she pushed past me not wearing her mask and was just plain rude and nasty. Management always wants u to give them a break but will do what they can to break ur bals. Always had 30-40% of washers and dryers not working .... Constant problems with watersupply and cutting it off. Constantly heard gunshots at nite. They Never answer the phone (my experience: they answered 2 x in about 4 years). Never returns phonecalls when I left messages on machine. Doesn't take care of the property. As in huge mudspot not seeded for years. So with all that... Do you think they will take care of u? Not. By the way... They changed the name of the apartments: used to be called theTrestles. Someone who changes their name but the ownership didn't change. Must be hiding something.... Orfrom their well deserved poor reputation.

Updating my review. Management has changed hands again and while they are trying to make the place better, it's still as ghetto as it gets. Some of the residents here are the majority of the problem, I have a neighbor who blasts her music all hours of the day and when I tried to ask nicely for her to turn it down, she pulled a gun on me. It's a shame I had to pay to get out of my lease since this place is just terrible to call home. I have to leave my freaking apartment to get some peace. Don't move here, let someone tear it down and rebuild.
