Wish I could give this place a 0!! The guy that signed us in was VERY rude! He brings my son and I back to take my sons blood. I told him my son had a traumatic experience before. Instead of being kind he has the needle in my sons arm and his trying to find the vein like poking around. My son is saying that it hurt. I told him to stop so he was all mad grabbing all the stuff and taking the needle out and says you can go somewhere else if you want. I said yes I want to do the other lady comes in and does it with no problem! That guy needs to be fired! He clearly don’t know what he is doing and does not have a caring bone in his ignorant, rude body

Went there twice in 2022. Both times quick and excellent service and polite people. Their check-in process is easy and quick.

Their great I have terrible veins due to my Cancer, but they try there best to take my blood on the first try doesn't always work out, but they continue never hurting me ,but finally they get it and what a relief ,until the next time ... Thank you Roy Whittaker

You can make an appointment if you want on their website. Generally speaking it's not necessary and most people don't, at least during the non-peak hours that I go.
