These guys are great! Dr Lewcun and the office staff are attentive, patient and thorough. They have an online patient portal app where you can make appointments, view reports and interact with the doctor. Great practice

I too wish I could give this practice zero stars. There is no option to make an appointment when you call. When you press 5 the “all other” option it goes to the referral line saying someone will call you back within 48 hours. I did get through one time. The woman tried to schedule an appointment but “lost” it in the middle of scheduling it so she put me on hold. I put myself on mute to talk with a family member about the appointment. It took me a second to take myself off mute when she came back on but she immediately hung up on me. I have tried to call back numerous times and can’t get through. I’m trying to make an urgent appointment for that family member who has never used the portal before. This is beyond frustrating.

I wish I could give this office zero stars! Every time I call the office I end up getting the same rude receptionist. Her name is Dalana. When you call the office she cuts you off and don't allow you to finish your statement, give you the wrong information and one time I called and she even hung up on me before I was finishing my statement. My grandfather's provider, Dr. Silver is leaving the Practice. I called to obtain more information about his new office. The first thing she said out her mouth was "Can you afford the 2,500" membership fee? If not he can't go to his new office and you have to stay here" I asked her what providers are accepting new patients and she said "nobody". I called back and spoke with the Manger who was extremely nice, Nieta. She explained in detail all the information that I would need to help my grandfather decide if he would follow his doctor.She also gave me a background of each provider in the office and stated they are all accepting new patients. She apologized multiple times and gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to call her if I have any more questions. That receptionist needs to be fired for her actions.
