I’ve been to several locations and this is the best great customer service and the food is good all the time and you get the real experience of that ihop flavor from the Pancake I also enjoy the fresh egg white with my lemon water 🙌🏾🙌🏾🤤

The table was dirty asl the waiting for food takes forever the waiters is very forgetful the lemonade taste like water lol was arguing in here loud asl a burning smell in here just horrible

Okay I want to start by saying Thank you to the person who rocked this restaurant’s customer service and made our visit that much more pleasant, so BIG THANK YOU TO TYLER and the rest of the staff who worked the day after Christmas! You made my Lady’s day (birthday) with the effort and appreciation you put forth with what you had to work with. We all chose breakfast and to our surprise there was a bit of a wait but our food was ready before we could ponder 🤔 it’s eta. My hat off to the 👨‍🍳 also for his/her fast 💨 cooking and accuracy. To be honest there were four other parties that were also being waited on as we dined. All in all the food was expected good breakfast and the service was exceptionally spectacular. Once again thank you To Tyler and the entire staff that did their thang for us on the 26 of December 2021! Stop by and tell em Mr. Brown sent cha! I went here some months back and you can tell the floor was mopped with old mop water it was a turn off so me an my guest did not eat there because we were turned off by the smell....I decided to give them another chance today since I was at the nearby Walmart shopping and wanted to try the promo 🎃 👻 Halloween pancakes 🥞 ...when I say the food was fye🔥 everything was on point! I was glad I made that choice service was a lil slow to get seated but at least it was not too crowded and the server was attentive....I will be returning to this location
