I had the worst experience ever I had to send my food back twice how hard is it to have a runny egg over medium smh my mom sent her food back to they can't cook egg over medium and my guy hashbrowns didn't come out until his omelet was gone terrible

I went to IHOP on my birthday with my son. The food was very tasty but it did take a minute for us to be served. Overall it was a good visit. I would go again anytime

I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad time there...guess you just got the wrong ones on duty...have not had a bad time there yet other then at times long waits to be seated...

I suppose every restaurant has good and bad days. I have been to this IHOP three times and each time the service was good and the food was good. The last time I went I took my mom with me and the waitress was very patient with her. My Mom had the waitress going back and forth at least three times to bring her different things that she didn't ask for when she first ordered. The waitress remained patient and polite.

I'm so sorry you had that experience. I went with my mom because she loves this IHOP and the servers our kind to her. My mom is sweet and she treats people that way.

Went to IHOP today. Plenty empty tables. But a line out the door. No sense of urgency in here at all. Quick exit to Purple Steer.
