This was the 3rd out of 5 orders that this location has made a mistake on. First there was no sauce, second the wrong sauce, and third wrong sauce again. In-between there were two orders where they were wonderful. The first time I was given a $20 in store credit that expired after 14 days. The second time I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes then and employee picked up and set the phone down for 35 minutes and I heard everything that was said. The 3rd time I messaged Pizza Hut via the "contact us" option in hopes of compensation of a giftcard or coupons etc. I realize employees have off days, I order via the app store there is no miscommunication. I continue to irder because my son enjoys it and this is the only local store. Makes me sad to complain at all.

Pizza wasn't ready even though I placed online order 1hr before request time, & cheese was somewhat BROWN, but I wasn't going to miss movie night with the grandkids. That's just cheese no other toppings.
