Waited 2 hours for my order for the driver to drop off my food then tell me he had to wait until he got back to text that it was on my porch. I never recieved any of my order. The driver claimed some Caucasian man walked over and probably took the order off of my porch. The manger refunded my money and gave me the same order for free the next time. I called today to redeem my free order and a different manager literally argued with me! Didn’t listen, refused to get in contact with the manager that told me I can have the order with no problem then HUNG UP ON ME!! highly do not recommend this location! At all!

So disappointed with the service and food. The food was cold, sauces half full, papadias were cut incorrectly and barely had anything in them. Sad thing is this isn't the 1st time. This location has gone downhill on food quality and custmer service. Ordering for a family of 6 is by no means cheap especially when your leaving a 10-15 dollar tip everytime and have a delivery fee. The delivery driver stacked the boxes up right on the top step so when you open the door they fell down the steps. He also forgot our pop. When we called the store to see about having them correct their mistakes which we never do because who wants to be that person... we got a we'll put you down on the books for quality insurance just let us know next time you order.

I normally never review fast good places unless something horrible happened. I ordered from here on a Fri night around 10pm. The phone person Dee I think? was super nice and tried to find a place that delivered to my house but I was outside the zone so I placed a pick up order and she was really knowledgeable about everything, got everything ordered right and was sweet. When I went to pick up they were attentive and had my food waiting to go right at the time they told me, bagged and ready! Everything was exactly as ordered (fairly big order) and cooked exactly as asked and substitutions and other requests and they were fairly busy many cars in parking lot! I'll order from here again- great staff! And they all had their masks on correctly 😷! Good job 👏
