The water is shut off multiple times week without notice for hours at a time. After multiple complaints nothing has changed, management simply doesn't care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

I honestly don't know what the minimum monthly income is and i honestly don't know how much is the rent i do know that parking very complicated there and park on their lot they charge extra
