Absolutely horrible customer service. The store advertises sales throughout the store but never honor the sales. Also check your change very carefully before leaving the register. They've shortchanged me more than once. Basically just a dishonest business. Go elsewhere....

Most horrible customer service ever!! Raj, that seems to always be working. May be the owner, not sure. Anyhow, he is a miserable man that doesn't appreciate his customers. HE made a mistake and ended up owing me cash back. As I pointed this out to him he verbally insulted me as 4 young girls (who came in together yet only 1 was purchasing a very small item) stood in line behind me. Said I "made him lose 4 customers". He started actually shouting at me to get out of "his" store! This is as I remained very quiet and rational. Told me to never come back again. NO PROBLEM! Why would I give my business to a miserable, always disgruntled, ungrateful, plain mean old man? Steer clear of this guy! He doesn't deserve to work in customer service whatsoever. I would give this man and this location a negative 100 if I could. As well it's been told to me by a person that actually did this....this so called man also allows people to purchase alcohol and cigarettes with food stamps.

Quik Stop is one of the nicer Mini-Marts in Reno! It is always well stocked, sanitary and properly staffed At least 3 aisles of Gas Pumps keep customers moving along. Inside, multiple fresh coffees are ready to go, prepackaged sandwiches, chips/candy are there for the morning crowd. All imaginable types of cold beverages are sold here as well. Soda, Water, beer, coolers and others are here Tobacco items are available at cashiers as well as Money Orders! If you're feeling lucky, about 8 poker machines align the window. Located at Mill St & Terminal Way it certainly is on a lot of folks paths! Stop in.🌹

Stopped in there 7/30/20 to buy a pack of smokes. Thought it a little odd that the women ID me but didn't scan my ID like most places do.But she also seemed to really focus on my name on my card and ID matching. About an hour later I get an alert from my bank. two charges totaling 350 dollars to a random square account. I know this is common when you pay at the pump as its easier to put a skimmer on a pump without people noticing. Not so much in the store.
