Management of building has gotten worse since the long time property manager stopped overseeing the building. From stopping the submission of service requests for weeks at a time to requiring tenants purchase a parking pass that doesn’t stop the towing company from grabbing your vehicle or turning the heat off during the coldest week of the year. Not mention the 10% rent increase after things have gone downhill.

Awful management. Months ago I called asking for availability and was told I would receive a call from this complex never heard back. I called last week and explained the issue. The person on the phone asked for for all this information and told me they would call back and they never did. Avoid this place since their management is incompetent at calling back their customers.

Pat Herbert is a wonderful landlord who will try and work with you if she can. If you put in a work order with maintenance they come quickly with efficiency to complete your request
