The leasing office is closed due to Covid-19 which is fine but I don’t understand why it is so hard to actually speak to someone. I applied for an apartment for July which I qualified for but the availability was for earlier that month. The leasing manager informed me that my application was good for 30 days and they would let me know if another unit will become later that month or I was free to call back. I have made several phone calls and sent a few emails as it reached 30 days but still have not had luck receiving a callback. I definitely do not want to submit another application and come out of pocket for another application fee. It makes me wonder if the office is run by just one person and if actual residents have a hard time reaching out for maintenance/leasing related requests. What a shame. *Update* Someone contacted me back (the acting leasing manager) but now they’re saying that they don’t see my application 😫. The person I spoke with originally works in another office and was helping. She did not give me flexibility on the July 8th move in date. I’m not financially able to still pay rent for July at my current apartment nor are my current apartment willing to be flexible with me and also pay the move in fees for WT so close at the beginning of the month. The current person still tried to offer me the same move in date after I explained my situation. Now I have been waiting for a callback to see what’s going on with the application. The person who contacted me recently said she didn’t see an issue with moving the move in date to the 15th but will have to check. I’m so confused about what’s going on and is not a good sign with this level of organization as well as communication. I may have to look elsewhere.

It could be even better if they could keep the homeless people from sleeping in the hallways and Under the Stairs

Fairly new construction, very close to downtown attraction.

First, I must say that the office staff is very friendly and maintenance is prompt, this gets two stars from me. I recently moved in within the last three weeks but I will be terminating my lease due to an infestation of roaches in my building and a majority of them are finding their way into my unit. While management has taken some measures to eliminate the problem, Im still finding roaches crawling along the baseboards, on the walls, in the bedroom, livingroom, and kitchen. I did not notice anything the day I was shown my apartment in fact, I loved the layout and was very excited about moving. The next night I sto pped unpacking because I would find one crawling here and the next minute another there. Due to these unfortunate circumstances I have not been able to spend one night there and I am currently finding another place to live. I am supposed to get a refund of my security deposit but not my rent. Beware.

Love the complex. Multiple types of homes, close to the downtown area. Neat and clean all the time. Residents are friendly. Borders the bike trail and a school and the homeless shelter so not considered upscale but very comfortable and luxurious for a place that offers low income units.
Do you accept target key housing
Yes. Both market rate apartments and Public Housing
Yes they do. It's a CAD (Capital Area Development) property. Look them up online and submit an application through the Raleigh Housing Authority.
