If I could give zero Stars I would. Communication is a zero!! There's trash all over the property (gotten better but not good), roach infestations that they don't follow up with, dog parks that are not secure, and pools that are never open. That is just the tip of the iceberg of how this place is literally the worst place I've lived at in over 20 years. Did I mention there's also a double homicide here in this development and the management company said nothing to ensure our safety. Yes, they are under New Management again for the third time in 2 years. If I can keep at least one person from making the same mistake that I did I would think this post did its job.

Every time we call the leasing office with an issue that the up front people can’t fix. We get told that management will us back. THEY NEVER DO NOT ABOUT A SINGLE THING DO THEY EVER BACK. Also if your going to enforce the parking, make sure it’s fair. My disabled family member got a boot for being parked in the parking lot for 1 hour. And there’s people all the time who don’t live here that park in the parking lot who NEVER get a boot.

New tenants, be aware. Not the best place to move and the price isn’t even worth it. Parking on the side streets is dangerous when leaving your lot since the view is obstructed and people fly through. Pests (roaches, mice, etc.) everywhere but have never seen pest control come out although they add it to your monthly rent in which you have to pay. The amenities are all broken/not in use which include the pools (they’ve been closed all summer) and the gym equipment is old, rusty, and broken. Things just being ignored and not fixed. They just want your money and don’t fix anything. The leasing office is also horrible, they’re rude and lack customer service skills. Also, why do you all keep deleting the negative reviews? Instead of deleting them, read them and do something about the problems with the complex especially since you’re the new property owners. Be the change the current/new tenants need!!

Parking predators scamming folks left and right. Throwing boots on cars, illegally charging extra money to pay with a card vs cash, really shady practices.

Per the North Carolina lease agreement “Management has the right to enter at anytime.” This clause is typically in place for emergencies only, such as a active water leak that can damage property or affect your neighbors. The term “Management” includes both office staff and maintenance staff. Usually management will give at least a 24hour notice of entry for scheduled work or property inspections. However this is a courtesy and management reserves the right to enter without notice at anytime, although typically it’s for emergency situations only. Some Boi is incorrect.
