Is it possible to ever get loaner from this location? I called and left several voicemails since last week and still have not received a call back. Even the call center staff can't get a hold of the loaner services POC, which is very ridiculous.

Off course if you bought a Lincoln from there they will arrange to give you a used Lincoln at no charge now if you didn't purchase your car there or it was an older vehicle they would of course to arrange for to get a rental from one of the agencies

I have a CPO 2016 Ford Explorer with the Platinum warranty coverage. If I bring my vehicle in for service they will issue me a loaner vehicle depending on the level of said service. Also I know that their guidelines previously changed due to COVID.
