The doctor is nowhere to be seen , when u ask to speak to dr it’s on video , and the nurse speaks for u , that I didn’t like at all and the rehab to walk again was trash because they said I won’t ever walk again after one month of pt . They just let me get weaker and weaker .

Sometimes you don't have to say anything negative about a person place or thing. What doesn't come out in the wash usually comes out in the rinse. I used to love to come to Charles village it was one of the places I looked forward to delivering care at. I had a great staffing coordinator she was wonderful but they treated her like dirt and so subsequently she wound up quitting, they got a new HR person as well as a new scheduling person, hired by the director of nursing. It has been a disaster ever since. I long for the old Charles village it was great. Subsequently now I am going to quit, it's time.

Charles Villages rehab department is to notch. The PT/OT and SLP work hard to make sure you gain the strength, endurance, coordination and skill to return home at your highest level.
