We stayed at The Zenith through Pelican Properties in Baltimore. It was perfect! We were literally across the street from Camden Yards! The location was perfect & within walking distance to everything! The view was amazing & it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The front desk employees were also great! They had so much great information to give us about the city & helped us immensely with transpiration questions. There are so many different trains/trams and other forms of public transportation in that area. On our final day our flight was leaving much later than our check-out time & they had other guests arriving so we couldn’t get late check out but they let us leave our luggage at the front desk & locked it away for us until we came back before our flight. If we ever make our way back to Baltimore we will definitely be staying here again!

Lived here for 4 years. There has been some turbulence in the past couple years as management was turning over, but by the time I left (spring 2022), things seemed to be moving more smoothly. Overall, great location if you're working downtown or at UMMC. Price is high because it's one of the best apartment complexes in the area.

I've been a visitor to a resident here for almost two years and I will finally become a resident myself next month! I've lived in other luxury apartments in Baltimore (in Harbor East) since 2018, so I have some experience in what the city has to offer re: housing. The apartments and amenities at the Zenith are absolutely beautiful and worth their weight in gold, but the reason this building is leagues above other luxury properties is that they have five-star staff. Every day the concierge (day or night!) is ready to greet you with a smile and help you with anything at all, and even the property manager is extremely helpful and available to residents for questions big and small. Today I had the misfortune of being delivered 500+ pounds of furniture on a pallet in the lobby; numerous staff members - concierge, maintenance, housekeeping - all went above and beyond to help me get the furniture into the apartment. I have no idea what I would've done without everyone's help. We receive so much attention and support from the staff every day, but today's experience prompted me to write this review because it truly exemplifies the kindness and community we have come to associate with the Zenith. I can't thank everyone enough!
