They want your rent. Don't care about if you have heat in the Winter or cool air in the Summer. The laundry room infested with bedbugs. Over a month and yet to professionally exterminate. The main building is pristine clean. Smells nice too. Not at all the other buildings.

I want everyone to know there is a very bad place to live at , its is managed by a Company Name Wheststone, we have a new manager here about every 2 months, we have a asst manager name M,s Cobb, that has no repect for the 60 apartment here, and we are over 62 of age. I 72 And have Cancer, And been without hot water for 2 days now, just keep getting the run around about fixing anything at all in the place, called Ahepa Senior Apartments. WE have a new manager Mr. Williams that l.Iam calling HUD cause the Rent is based on your income, And they keep the money, but don,t fix nothing. Iam calling Hud And Also WBAL to see if i can get some help for us people living here'. Thank you to All that Read this. And May God Bless You All. Hope someone can reach out And help us here. They have openings in their other buildings.
