When it does work it’s good, when you try and get someone on the phone, they tell you oh it’s all good then give you a number to call and then tell you we can’t find you in the system, there’s a problem. Don’t get me wrong I love the speed and the price, but why should I pay for something I haven’t been able to use in a week? I got shyroam and trying to get the tec on to phone it kinda hard to do, I had been calling him All week

I have been having issues with my cable service for months now. I have had multiple tech's out to look at the service. so one has been able to improve my service. I am currently getting 3-5 mbs download speeds at its fastest. I called and talk to customer service on mon. Customer service informed me a tech be contacting me in a couple of days and would be looking at the lines around my house to see if they can see a problem. It is Thursday now with no improvement. I called customer service back and was told they will be sending a tech out next mon to look. No effort to fix my ongoing issue. They still take my payment but little help to get the service I pay for. On a good note, everyone I have talked to is super friendly.

Consider becoming a subscriber of PST's terrible internet service if you like inconsistent download and upload speeds(pay for 20mbps down and get 2mbps if youre lucky), ping that rockets up to 500-1000+ every 20-30 seconds, and hearing they know there is network issues but have done nothing over the years to resolve them. Enjoy watching your favorite movies in 360p while buffering every 10 minutes, or enjoy your favorite online games by watching youtube videos of other people playing them as your internet connection wont allow you a stable connection to any server.
