Resident here on this Appartment for several years now, the environment is clean but the last couples of month has been so much challenging for me. A lot of heavy walking sound like somebody walking with heavy boot , and moving of heavy machinery at night times not even one day all day, that kind of sound are heard all over my roof all day..starting from 4 am to 11 pm at night .working all day long shift and if you can’t get proper rest and sleep after working hard is so frustrating and stressful . As well as couldn’t focus on studies..Living in this environment is very frustrating and stressful . Because of this my sleeping pattern is distrubed as it directly affecting to my mental health. I called to leasing office so many times as well as talked directly with them. They told me to write an email. I did but the problem is still same. No any response from them. When any of your customers come with an issue you supposed to talk nice .. The way the manager ayah deal with the customer is really really bad..we are the one who is facing the problem everyday we know where the sound is exactly coming from, but also they try to put in doubt ..saying that we will found out.. but still the problem is same.. We came to you with a lots of positive response and expectations that the problem will be sloved .. but if the problem is still same.. what’s the point of telling .. at least supposed to be responsible and try to solve the problems. So my only request is that please when somebody who is living your Appartment since long time , and they are having problems try to find out, solve the problems or take some action .don’t try to cover it up please..

I must say I love it here. It’s clean, quiet, neighbors are are nice. They mind their business I have not had a rodent problem yet. The most I’ve seen were spiders, bugs can sometimes be inevitable, as along as they aren’t roaches. I haven’t seen those either. Maintenance is always on time, and very pleasant. The people in the leasing office are awesome as well. I haven’t had an unpleasant moment since moving here, and I’ll be here a year in 1 month.

Tayvon Martin is the facility manager at this complex and he went above and beyond today to help clean the interior of my car after my window had been busted open. I greatly appreciate his act of kindness. Just wanted to give him props and the recognition he deserves.

My time here at this property has been a rollercoaster. Between dealing with rude neighbors and an unresponsive front office, trying to resolve any issues have fallen on deaf ears. What was once a great hide away from the rest of Baltimore has become nothing more than an affordable headache. Beautiful grounds and surrounding areas will not make up for the therapy bills that come from dealing with a hostile front office. Look elsewhere if you need peace of mind in your living situation.
