It's truly disheartening that a business would try to hide water damage and mold. Then when confronted, lie about it and play dumb. I would not trust or recommend this business to anyone.

Bought a BRAND NEW camper after being assured that it was a great camper and good quality. We have had it in multiple times for repair within the first year: slide malfunctioning, electrical problems, septic drain leaks, skylight leaks, refrigerator door handle broken, interior trim falling off, parts falling off. I emailed Courtney with my concerns and she forwarded my email to the service department and owner with the assurance that someone would call me. After 3 days of not hearing from anyone, I emailed her again and she told me to call the service department myself. With the ongoing problems and utter disgust with our camper issues, I would think a company would go out of their way to help to maintain customer satisfaction. Once we upgrade our camper in the future, we do not plan on doing business with this company anymore.

Service great Sam is awesome 👌SHE knows what you need. Store not as stocked as well as I hoped for in a pinch it works , most things you need to order so call and get your part ordered. Make sure you have all the information on your motor home or RV. IF YOU CAN GET THE NUMBER OFF THE PART ......

Disappointed. Service gave me a time frame to get inspection done. I even stopped that Monday to get something out of it. Informed them that I needed the camper by Thursday for a camping trip. Was told no problem. Called on Wed afternoon and they hadn't done it yet and gave me excuses. Also quoted me on the inspection and it was double the cost. Not very pleased.
