Wish I could do a worse rating. No usually a bitter person but when a family on 7 is in desperate help and goes to you needing to go back by a certain time and you tell us you don't want to work on it because it's a Friday is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. Not to mention over priced and the customer does not exist here. Awful, rude, waste of time avoid at all costs! ⚠️

We are from out of state and were very interested in a class B that was for sale at Wetnight RV. I was working with Don who was very kind and helpful...to begin with. We paid $400 for an inspection that was completed on Monday. On Tuesday, we told Don we were ready to purchase, pending a diagnostic on the check engine light that came on during the test drive. We made travel plans to be in Indiana on Thursday. Don said he would run the diagnostic Tuesday afternoon and let us know the results right away, since we were flying from out of state. We did not hear back from him Tuesday afternoon. I assumed he got busy and would be in touch the following morning, Wednesday. By 11:00am on Wednesday, we still had not heard from him and became concerned since our flight to Indiana was less than 24 hours away. I gave Don a call to see what the status was. He very bluntly said to me "Oh honey we sold that class B yesterday afternoon." What?? We paid $400 for an inspection, purchased a flight, and made hotel and car rental reservations with the assumption that we would purchase after hearing back from Don about the check engine light. Don did not even have the decency to let us know someone else made an offer. Had he done so, we would have gladly transferred the money to purchase the RV prior to flying out. Apparently he did not even have time to make a 30 second phone call to let us know the vehicle sold and we should cancel our travel plans. I know car dealers have a reputation for being sketchy, but I trusted Don and was extremely disappointed that he upheld the "car dealer" stereotype. If you pay the right price, Don might treat you right, but if you expect common courtesy, don't be surprised if he screws you over like he did us.
