My partner has celiac disease which makes him severely sensitive to gluten and cross-contamination. Azzip is one of like, 3 restaurants in the area we can go to and feel safe due to the precautions and knowledge they have about gluten. They always wipe down the entire counter and bottles they will be touching, change their gloves, and do the same at the cutting station. We do always ask to use ingredients from new bins rather than the bins on the line, which sometimes gets us weird looks, but they always take that precaution as well. I think that should be something they implement for all allergy pizzas as part of their protocol. We have only ever been made to feel like a burden on the workers one time, but I think that employee has left since then. The management there is great and understanding, and the employees are super fast and helpful.

First time there. It's like a Subway were they build your pizza in front of you. It was really good and we will definitely go back again. The staff was great. We spilled a drink and one of them jumped in to clean it up.
