The last resort to 90% of New Yorkers is Cancel Street and surroundings. Last but not least for The Infamous $10 bucks buses to anywhere 700 Miles from NYC can lead you, the knocked out merchandise heaven where everything is fake or perhaps is not "To be or not to be".

⚠️♿ Still unsure of accessible options as of 2022.02.16 for J train platform and uptown Q train platform, anyone with information please make publicly available ⚠️ ¡Highlights! •Generally clean •excellent signage •easy to navigate •Help kiosks, metro card machines, and digital signage all seemed to be in good working order •Is well lit thanks MTA! Want to applaud the MTA workers keep us moving and shining bright. They replaced all the light bulbs over the past couple of years. Outstanding! Thank you MTA! The canal Street station is enormous and I was a little intimidated by its bigness but once there I was able to easily navigate my way through to the good signage and was able to set off on the next leg of my commute.

Ignore that previous answer. There is no, red, yellow or bluetooth. Enter at this station and you are on the J, Z platform. In the middle of the station platform are signs for N,Q uptown and Brooklyn. On the N,Q platforms are signs for the 6 and R trains.
Take an N, Q or R train to 34th Herald Square. Walk one block to 7th Avenue and 34th Street. You will be in the main LIRR hub at Penn Station. The N train does not stop at Atlantic Avenue. The stop is Pacific Street.
Walk up Varick. It turns into 7th Ave.
