We were camping at the Amana RV Park when our furnace stopped working. ATC RV Center was recommended to us. We were leaving that day and unfortunately they couldn't fit us in for the repair. Elliot was very apologetic and felt bad they couldn't help us out. Before we left we got a call from Elliot giving us a name of a repair service at our next destination. A little while later we got a call from the repair service at our new destination saying that Elliot had called them and told them to give us a call. Elliot didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. It saved me a lot of time. If we are ever in the area again and need service we will call ATC RV Center.

We had an awning tear while in Hannibal, Missouri. I called ATC and let them know we would be there in a couple of days. They had us stop in on our way to the RV park for a measurement. Two days later the new awning was in and installed. Shout out to everyone in the office and to the techs that installed it. Got us back on the road in our scheduled time. Took great care to make sure the air was on to keep our dogs cool. Thank you ATC RV!

I have to follow up on my earlier review. After our very positive experience in getting our wiring and generator problems fixed, we had the ATC RV team replace the water damaged flooring in our recently purchased used motorhome. We also had the shower replaced along with the shower skylight. The work was absolutely outstanding. This was not a cheap repair but the bill was very fair for this labor intensive project. Jeff and Josh and the team replaced the damaged subfloor and replaced the old dirty carpet with new wood grained vinyl. It looks like a brand new RV! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Recently. we had some road issues (blowout, damaged holding tank). Jeff responded with suggestions for temporary repair until we return to Iowa and suggested a fair price should we need to replace it. I won't take my RV repair business anywhere else. To be clear, I'm not a guy who generally writes reviews. These comments are unsolicited and based entirely on our experience with this business.
