We purchased a 2016 Jayco 28/31 ft including tongue. It obviously had water damage because we found laminate that was peeled off the lower step to the bunk and you could see where the press board was separated. Also found staples in the laminate floor around the step. When we brought it up, they indicated one of the hoses was leaking and it was repaired. 2 years later we found out it was not a hose, there was a slice in the roof that was very hard to see, and it ended up rotting our bathroom floor, as it was leaking for so long. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
