This place is horrible, if I could give it a 0 star rating I would. The nurses are extremely lazy they just toss the patients in rooms and forget about them. The smell is absolutely horrible they don’t clean anything. They just put any type of clothes on the patients (clothes that don’t even belong to them. This place needs to be shut down! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Please don’t send your family here!

The facility is worn, but it is clean. The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. They take good care of my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

From the time I enter the door I am greeted with warm smiles and regards. I truly appreciate the social workers that Autumn Lake Overlea has. These young ladies goes above and beyond to help and they do this with caring, compassion, and understanding. Whatever I need I know and trust this social work team will take care of it all. Best Regards

Worst place EVER. I do not recommend anyone to go there. Place needs to be shut down. Aids don’t answer call bell, won’t give proper physical therapy, horrible medical equipment, residents wondering around the hallways without supervision and entering opposite sex rooms without supervision. Social worker was trash. Non-responsive. PLACE IS A MEDICAL MONEY SCAM. I would give it -0 stars but there’s not an option for it. DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THERE. PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
