The place is DIRTY the staff treats resident and family horrible. Staff stays on the phone. The place smells. Everyone needs to be fired. General Inspector needs to shut this facility down.

The staff was wonderful and the aides were great my stay was fine. The therapist were wonderful and very friendly

family member there for rehab, and they have told me numerous times therapy comes in during meals and says they will come back and never do, which in turn now they talk about not letting family member go home cause they are weak. then family member gets left on a bed pan and staff go to break and they forget like cmon. if it was their family I bet they wouldn't do that. you take an oath to help people this is your job. I know staffing shortages are a thing I get that but you are taking care of people at least hold off on a break for a few minutes to get an elderly person off a bedpan.

My mother was sent there for rehab after a stay at the hospital. She stayed in the hospital for nearly a month before going to Franklin Woods. By all estimations she was on track to be rehabilitated. That never came to fruition. Instead, my mother’s health deteriorated while she was in their care. She was not rehabilitated in the least. I made countless calls to the social worker to develop a care plan; however, the facility was without a staffed social worker at tge time of her hasty discharge . Needless to say she was discharged with legs like a baby giraffe. My mother was only home for 2 days and is already back in the hospital due to being anemic and dangerously low on blood and needing to be discharged with oxygen. Thanks Franklin Woods for taking “care” of my mother. You should be charged for Medicare fraud.
