Complete Care at Heritage

I came to Complete Care Heritage from John’s Hopkins Bayview. I was in a horrific car accident. My pelvis is broken in 4 places and I have a crushed tailbone. When I arrived I couldn’t get out of bed at all. That was about 31/2 weeks ago. With the encouragement and excellent therapist from the OT and PT I’m walking on one leg with light toe touch on my left leg. I’ve heard bad things about Complete Care Heritage. I think when it was Genesis. I’m hear you tell you the nurses, techs, doctors, dining room, and administrators are AWESOME! They ALL care about every aspect of care for the patients. They are all about the patients safety. I also made friendships with some of the women here that I hope will carry on once we go home and back to our lives. Thank you Complete Care Heritage for taking such great care of me and mostly just REALLY caring and understanding my needs. You all have went above and beyond the scope of your duties. Deb Revels

Staff is awesome from Receptionist to Matt in PT, Speech therapy, OT, and Housekeeping. The Nurses, NurseTechs and Med Techs are all awesome and they care. My brother, Ned is a very picky eater and he loves the food. You don’t hear that in the other Rehabs he’s been in. My brother will be there long term. He refers to Heritage as his home and they treat him like a member of their family. Our family is so grateful that my brother is in good hands.
