Jacob is an outstanding nurse who not only distributes daily meds but generally cares about the residents needs and knows what's in there best interest for example my anxiety medicine and he goes out of his way to ensure our needs are met timely,regardless of how many demands are being placed on him..Karen Donaldson never ceases to amaze me with her prompt response at any time to my call bell.She came to know how much I loved ice water and with her I never went without it.Although I had plenty it helped me to not rang my bell.She is a very caring person who is passionate about caring for her residents and job.Pt is top notch I arrived hardly able to do anythin to my surgery on my leg.I was completely dependent on others but within a couple of weeks I was out of bed working on various machines to strengthen my arms and legs. In addition to lifting weights. I progressed to using a a walker fairly well.Everyone in the PT department truly is encouraging when teaching new task they continually let you know if you are performing the task properly. Ms Elizabeth seems to be a jack of all trades so to speak,from checking on the residents every day to helping resolve any issues that may arise.She never hesitate to chip in and help the nurse s aids.By noticing the call button and into see if there is something she can assist with.She is always cheerful and brightens my day.Thank you Westgate..There were other aids, and nurses that were wonderful and took very good care of me.Including Ms Clarke ,Angel , Stephanie, Theresa, Tammy and Deshae.Also Monica was very kind...

Poor Care, Rude staff, Lazy CNAs, Dirty facility, if you care for your love one do not place them here at this facility! Now day there is no perfect facility many facilities face some challenge or another but this place is unacceptable if the state walked in right now without them knowing they would get shut down and they should be. It's no way patients should have to live in those conditions
