THEY WILL HAVE YOUR BATHROOM PIPES NOT WORKING YOUR ENTIRE LEASE! MICE RUNNING THRU APARTMENT!!! NO REAL MAINTENANCE TEAM. 500 APTS BEING SERVICED BY A MAINTENANCE TEAM OF 7. (NO LIE). Rodents /Roaches infestation appliances are not updated plumbing and heating needs to be redone from the inside all they do is paint they do not renovate anything breaking my lease early DONT MOVE HERE! And I’m gonna keep posting my picture until something is done! Also they have BLACK MOLD for those of you that have children.

If you owe money to another apartment and you are still paying on it you will not be approved. You must provide a letter saying you have paid your balance in full to any leasing agent that you owed money to.
