Lake is overgrown with an invasive plant. It has grown all along the edge of the lakes, to the point I didn't see anywhere to fish from the banks near the parking lot.

Great place to catch a bass. Trails are a little thick and unkempt, but I kinda like it like that anyways. Fishing 3 different ponds is pretty nice too. Worth the walk around to the 3rd lake if you can make it.

For what it is, it's gorgeous. Low maintenance park (there's a vault toilet and a gravel parking lot/boat launch.) True beauty and untamed nature. It's what parks should be about.

Three different lakes, all connected. Used our Sea Eagle raft here a few times. Caught fish in the second lake but didn’t try the other two lakes. Easy lake access. Just kinda sketchy activity sometimes in the parking lot.

So we can fish there at night?
It is not really a park in the sense of picnics an all just a boat launch ramp and an outhouse, don't think it has a camping site or anything, basically just a place to go fishing and MAYBE hike around.
There's no camping there, but it's not very far from the Willamette National Forest, which has both developed and disbursed camp sites.
I've heard there are bass their. Just haven't caught one yet. As far as big. Nothing over 4-5 lbs from what I've been told.
You could if you wanted but I wouldn't recommend it. Lots of weeds and grasses. Also it is super shallow for most of it.
Cant say about the fishing but i did get busted by Linn Co. Sherriff deputy for shagging the ex wife in the back of the Yukon.
Yes. However super shallow. Kayak or inflatables are nice to fish from.
Jigs and small cranks always work for me. I usually catch 30-50 fish a day there. Just have to weed through all the small fish. Fairly shallow lakes, I usually have the best luck in the large western lake from a boat. Good luck
Bluegill, sunfish, largemouth
