Probably the worst Ford dealer in Baltimore. I inquired about ordering a 2023 Ford maverick and they wanted me to leave a nonrefundable $500 deposit. Due to supply chain issues some of these vehicles are not even coming in after years,and at some point the customer might have to cancel the order if the vehicle never comes in.. If so this dealer pockets the $500 deposit. This is the only dealer I found in Maryland that does this. I ordered the vehicle through another dealer Len Stoler ford and had to leave no deposit. That’s right. 0. I have about five friends looking to order a Ford maverick I’ve steered them all the way from Bob Davidson.

Untruthful, lied to me over my diseased fathers car and repair recites. Last thing a person needs when their father passes is a car dealer that is deceptive. Claimed they could not look back at recites older then 2 years. But when offered an invoice number by me they were ready to deny the repair as suggested work. The Invoice states Verified Repair. $351.48

I've been a customer over 5+ years. They killed my battery once during a repair so upon pickup, insurance wasn't paying an extra day for work being complete on the accident but not my car. Not my fault they took so long. This caused issues with the rental and more. I purchased a new car, sales team is AMAZING! It was like buying a car off the commercials. Parts/ Service the body shop and quick lane need customer service training. The manager too. Return calls, check those voicemails, speak warmly to customers, be transparent. I got hung up on at quick lane because of a tire emergency, he said he'll get his manager and just hung up in my ear Tuesday. Vehicles don't come with spare tires, yet I left in an unsafe condition because they didn't have my tires in stock. If I come in with a tire issue, don't send me away with a receipt for tires that won't come for four days.Since I've been calling and left several messages and no call back.

Off course if you bought a Lincoln from there they will arrange to give you a used Lincoln at no charge now if you didn't purchase your car there or it was an older vehicle they would of course to arrange for to get a rental from one of the agencies

That's a tricky one, I may be wrong, but I believe the first complimentary oil change must be completed by the dealership where it was purchased. I'd reach out to Bob Davidson Service and inquire, maybe there is a way around it.
