How do I get this dmv express

I assume you mean the little kiosks. They are inside the DMV, right at the entrance. 4 of them, I believe. As far as REAL ID goes., that has to be done at the window in person to verify the documents needed for the ID and to sign some stuff. That's what happened to me.

No one of the workers at the front door said there was a "dmv express" and it was something I filled put online and brought back to the dmv for a real id and I would be able to skip the huge wait
