This place just keeps getting worse and worse. If you’re looking for a place to live, this isn’t it! Water always gets shut off every week ! Laundry machines are always broken so be prepared to wash minimum 10 miles away from the complex. Our mailboxes keep getting broken into and we’ve brought it to the office attention and we keep getting the same story yet no fix ! Its been a few months now of allowing this kind of Federal crime to continue happening and nothing done yet to protect the tenants privacy! Yet our rent is being paid on time.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. At first, everything was pretty calm and the complex was way nicer than it is now. The management was rude, but still did what they were supposed to do. Now, with new management in the front office, nothing gets done, ever. Marlene is the most rude and unprofessional apartment manager I’ve met. No phone calls get answered, and if they call you back they have an attitude every time, never submit any NECESSARY requests needed. There is an ant infestation that they will not address, mailboxes have been completely broken since I first moved here, and the office is 100% aware and won’t do anything to change it. The only respectful/nice person is the maintenance man. This complex is trash. Management is trash. Do not move here, go to the apartments next door or anywhere else.
