When I applied to this apartment complex I was fully approved, but the day I tried to move in Manuel claimed that I didn’t have anything and was denied. While already having most of my furniture inside the apartment Manuel had his team throw it off of the balcony and called it “devils trash” then when I tried to stop his team her slapped me across the face and called me racial slurs, and so me and my grandmother went down the stairs but then Manuel pushed me into my grandmother and she fell down the stairs which then she broke her leg and I tried to call the ambulance but he stopped me and said I couldn’t call on their complex because they will have to fill out paper work so he kept yelling at me to carry her across the street.

Avoid*** this place*** Emanual and all staff are the worst, they tell you you have to bring titles and mortgages. I'm renting an apt not buying a house!!. They made me lose about 600 dollars gas+ application fee. It's the worst place ever

As of Two (2) weeks ago, the office is closed on Saturday and Sundays. I think this is a mistake because most of us work during the week and get off late or either work far away. Other thing is they DON'T answer their phones. It is very unprofessional. You have a phone for a reason. You are a business. I was in the office to drop off a payment for a person I know. I didn't even hear any phone ringing to me was odd. I just realized they have the ringer off. Now I know why don't answer the phone. How do you expect to rent Apartments with poor customer service. More Update as 1/1/2022 still the same As of August 25, 2022. As response to the reply Sunset Ridge response: my name is not Jacqueline. And my rating is two stars not one. It clearly say to me that you just copied and pasted your response and that check who you responding to. Everyone else this is an example of what I'm talking about they can't get together the right name for their reply. Also at the same time they sunset ridge apartment for themselves. Meaning I am friends with the neighbors downstairs and to my left no to my right. And my neighbor downstairs set all the problems that she's been dealing with with the office and it turns out. My air conditioning broke has a 3 weeks ago and I had a bad experience with at least in the office. Because last year when maintenance request to fix the broken air conditioner and went 2 weeks and August at the temperature of 105 outside and 95° inside the apartment. I had to call corporate after many times of me trying to call the office and the office doesn't pick up. After I talk to the office the corporate office it took them a little over a day to come up and fix my air condition
