They have good activities for senior citizens and their apartments are very nice and affordable

They are frequently available. You need to put your name on a waiting list. You have to call the office for the current rate. It's around $900. Everything included except internet.
It is not an assisted living community but they have a 45 bed Convalescent hospital.
