Yes they do allow pets there is a fee I don't know how much it's most likely based on the size to determine the price you would pay with your rent to have the pet

Oh man, don't move there if you haven't already! I just moved out. It's full of nothing but criminals and drug addicts. I was burglarized 3 times by the same neighbor who is also a drug dealer & management or the police would do nothing! As far as rules...all guests must check in at the office with valid id, there is a 9pm cerfew. If your out security will tell you to go home & you will mot be able to park on the property. There are many more rules i didn't bother to learn as i knew i was moving & management never bothered to provide a copy to me Management is extremely non responsive & unprofessional i had a gushing water leak under the sink for 3 months. Ultimately grew mold which was never cleaned up. I also had rats (not mice) that management did not attempt to address. I eventually called code enforcement but moved prior to enforcements inspection. If you value cleanliness and safety forget about the rules and do not consider making Arbor Court your home!!!

Well, when i lived there i lived next to a drug dealer. Traffic all night. Hard to sleep not to mention some of the traffic was noisy ie. Fights & destroying property. Also, some even tried to befriend you so they could victimize you sometime in the future. All i can say is i will never live there again!!!Also, its not just for senior living. Mentally ill people live there as well.

When I lived there up untill 4 mos. ago, NO! I was burglarized 3 times by the same drug dealer neighbor & mgt or the cops did nothing about it! I felt safer being homeless then living in Arbor Court!
