This place is absolutely ridiculous! I applied as a guarantor for my daughter and her two friends who are attending college in the area. I will confirm as many reviews have stated, the information you receive during the application process is all over the place. My gripe is the reasoning why my application was denied. We furnished all required documents however, the "document portal" that these need to be uploaded to would not accept them. I advised the staff that it was not working and they simply said it needs to be uploaded through the portal. They would not even look into alternatives since it wasn't working. I couldn't simply email it to them (which I did). In the end they said our application was denied and they are keeping the application fee. Now I understand them keeping our application fee based on other reasons for denial but to me this equates to theft.

It’s ridiculous that we spend over $1800 on an apartment and the pools are always closed down in this weather. The grounds are dirty and the laundry rooms are disgusting. Save yourself the hassle and find a better place to live!

Absolutely terrible apartment complex, the expectations for getting an apartment is ridiculous, had someone to try and co sign and they expect 5x the amount to qualify, i see why this complex has such terrible reviews if you are reading this do not support these type of apartments.

we have had 4 break-ins in the apartment next to us within the past 2 days. The security people are a joke, the police department is a joke and everyone else as well, leasing office hides it and wants to brush it off like it is nothing. I guess the current residents SAFETY it is not their main concern.
