The inside of the apartments is nice but the outside, which has potential, has trash everywhere & tons of unsupervised youths bullying others at the playground. Yesterday a handful of unsupervised youths did donuts on a quad & on the property while flinging those riding on the back, making it so young children were falling off the back of the speeding quad & none of them had helmets. 2 of them were caught being mean to a dog. Right when I drove in I saw graffitti with genitals on a nearby wall.
