I originally asked them to replace all of the screens on a house I own. They insisted on payment in FULL PRIOR to the work being done, then they DIDN'T DO THE WORK! They replaced a couple of screens on the back but missed the damaged one right out front! They also DID NOT DO WHAT I ASKED. Communication is horrible. The work they actually did was fine, that's why I'm giving them four starts. I would not use them again because you have to repeat yourself multiple time and they STILL DIDN'T DO WHAT I ASKED. Very irritating. Typical Lancaster style service.

Worst customer service ever I just called today to see how much it would be for me to replace my window she asked all type a questions like I work there if I could do it my self I wouldn’t be calling asking questions I don’t know what’s dual what’s the size of the window that’s your job when you look up the year and model of the vehicle rude lady

They changed me $88.00 for two patio glass sliding door rollers, I bought the the same ones from Amazon for $34.00 SAD 😔
