If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I the management is terrible, the apartments are infested with water bugs and roaches. And when you come to inquire about a apartment they show you fake pictures that looks NOTHING like the place. The management team will literally harass you for every dime you have. They care nothing about their community. And they gave my mother a 3 day notice for $52 and she has cancer. These people are sick. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking. I wouldn't even want the homeless to live here free that's how bad it is!!! and they towed my car!! I literally cannot wait to move!!

I cannot speak to the people there but everyone looking at these apartments should be aware that the pictures on the official website are high quality computer-generated mock-ups and not real. I went by and looked and there is no green grass, it's all desert "landscaping" (dirt and a few drought resistant plants) and the buildings are done in stucco, not with siding. I get that these were the "planned" designs from 5 years ago before it was built and that plans change, but now that it really is built they should update those "official" promotion photos.

They seem like nice places I have a friend that live there he had a whole bunch of people living in his apartment so they made him move out but he only paid $29 for rent so it seems like a good place to be if you're low income a lot of people don't have the money to pay for rent and $29 isn't that hard to come up with so oh no you're really nice place I don't know what you're right now but that was a couple years ago

Is a Tax credit property Section 42, they have different prices due to different set asides they have is like an affordable housing program where u have to have a minimum income but not exceed an income lit they have.

The yearly leases for last year will be up in August so now would be a great time to apply. You have to make double the rent, or close to that because most of the time they work with you. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath my rent is 1151. So depending on the unit size the rent could be less or more. The deposit is only $100 So im not sure paying double would affect your chances. But do apply though. Good luck.

They don't respond timely. You're better off going to the office. Also, the property is supposed to be 100% occupied now.
