Can I come in with out an appointment

Yes you can but you will have to make line since they only allow a certain number of people inside. Best to get there early. I was there an hour before opening doors and there was already a line around the building. But once I got in it was a fast process aside from waiting for your number to be called.

Fill out the application online, and print out the confirmation number it gives you. Get there before opening and show the person at the door and they will give you a window number. Then just wait in the line at the door, they will have a separate line for you. When they open you go straight to the window.
