BEWARE... Slumlord. It's quiet, grounds are nice, and the Apartment layout is good with high ceilings upstairs, but everything else is HORRIBLE. It's June 6 and 82° at 8am in my unit bcuz still NO A/C, the pool is still not open, emergency repairs take 3-4 weeks and regular repairs take months, everything looks nice but unit was dirty, carpet is nasty, old floors, 1980's oven, tiolet tank almost falls off, occasional roaches, discrimination, and laundry rooms never get cleaned, disgusting. The new manager is great and tries really hard, but the landlord will accuse you of breaking everything and will say "if you no like you move".

Hello people I want to share this bad experience and I hope nobody passed through it I went for shopping at Walmart then my son asked me for McNugget then I pass through McDonald's my son asked me for my iPhone and I let them borrow it for some reason when my order was ready I just grabbed my son and totally forgot of my phone on table I remember when I was arriving home then i told my husband he went in a rush to look for it but it wasn't there no more please if you be kind to return it I will refund you the last time was on Sunrise please today for me tomorrow will be you thank you
