at my age I am required to come in take test, have vision test and get new picture. I am ok with doing test online it is just that I will not be able due to my age

Can you get someone to help you do it online? That would be best and easiest. If not just show up at 6 am and be prepared to be in line for 3 to 4 hours, but once inside the process is quick.
