Do not leave your dog with VESH.
Times are very hard especially around Christmas. I would try pedialyte, boil plain Chicken and plain rice, make sure their not dehydrated pull the skin on the back of the neck if it goes down slow their getting dehydrated that's not good it will need a vet I wish you luck our pets are our family member and it pains us to see them sick.
