This place does not even deserve one star. I took my baby in, he was not well. After talking to the vet, it was decided he would not make it and we would need to send him over the rainbow bridge. The receptionist then comes in with a paper and says, "we need to settle this before we proceed." I should have taken him and went home. But I did not want hime to suffer anymore. I had to call my children and ask for help to pay the bill. I went to the desk to pay. Seems I was still about 30.00 short. The amount was held on my bank account. The receptionist refused to listen, she just kept telling me it was declined. Even though I showed her my bank account. I literally had to leave and go to my bank. I had to leave my baby there, in pain.By himself. I brought back a letter and was told there was nothing they could do. But, they would hold "the body" until the next day and I could pay on a text link. He is not a "body", he is my baby. I lost my temper and told her to stop saying this. They finally allowed me to go back and spend some final moments with him. When we left, they did not hesitate to announce he could be removed. I spent last night, with nightmares of where he is. All alone, a "body". Nothing else to them. Of course, this morning, the text came through. There is still a hold on my account. I have no idea how long this will hold. I fear what they will do with him. I do not have another 500.00 to give to them. Audio was my baby. I should have taken him home. I wanted peace for him. If you love your fur baby, you will go somewhere else. They are just "a body" to this place. They will charge you over 300.00 to allow them to pass onto the rainbow bridge and sent them to Rolling Acres. I just wanted him to be sat peace. I do not have this, they do not care.

Though I had a false alarm, EVERYONE at Blue Pearl was very nice and helpful. You love your pet and it was nice to have competent help when you need it.

Dr. Easterman is a great doctor. My vet holds off doing tests. My dog had suspected Cushing. I took her here as my vet dragged his feet. Dr Easterman confirmed it and got her on medication. She is doing great, I would recommend her and the hospital to anyone

We couldn't do payments but we were new customers so maybe it's different for existing customers. Ended up paying with a combination of cash, rebate cards, and a couple credit cards.

Sonesta Suites is about a block from the clinic. They do allow pets. It's pretty nice and the rooms have a full sized fridge, microwave, a stove top, and dishwasher.

Depends on what the issue is. My days visit was a few hundred dollars but I took a very conservative approach to how to deal with the situation.

Does blue pearl treat birds? Cocktails?

I have never seen any birds there. However that does not mean birds are excluded from care. I would call and ask them directly.

My dog, (18 lbs) chewed a used 1.3%flector patch. I got it out of mouth before he swallowed it, but don't know how long he had it. Patch size 2" x2". Cut down from big patch. No vomiting yet or sign of distress.Take toke vet in AM or ER vet now?

Now! If the flector patch (? ) is intact, maybe no problem. I would take my doggie just to make sure.
