UPDATE: 10 months after my exam and I am STILL having problems with this clinic!!! I truly hate leaving reviews, especially when the doctor was great, however the staff was awful and warrants review. I scheduled an appointment in August 2021 before my insurance expired and I was told the wrong time. I showed up to my appointment, at the time I had written down at the time I made the exam, to be told I missed it. I was rescheduled for a date after my insurance expired as that was the only appointment available, which was fine by me because I needed to be seen. I stated several times before the exam, throughout the course of the exam, and after the exam that I did not have insurance and that I only wanted to do absolutely necessary testing. I paid my bill in full (or so I thought) in October, shortly after my exam. This was after they tried to bill my newly expired insurance and got a denial. When I called to pay, I was assured my bill was paid in full. Fast forward to January 2022, and I get a bill from the lab. I call back and again was assured I paid in full months prior, including the lab work. Fast forward again to this week and I got another bill from the lab. Whoever I spoke with in billing most recently was nothing but disrespectful and spoke to me as if I were stupid. I really am not sure how much more clear I could have been, and how many times I had asked to confirm I had paid in full. Needless to say, I will be finding care elsewhere.

I’ve been a patient at Rockhill Womens care for over 20 years sorry if life hit you I made an appointment earlier this year I ended up with covid and broke my ankle which I had to use my days to get paid for being off I had to cancel my appointment because I didn’t have any days left and I explained that to them So I rescheduled my appointment again today so I forgot my insurance card my insurance have been the same for the last 18 years so I asked could I call the insurance company to see if I could get something emailed they basically told me I had to either pay or if I leave I could come back all the money and dedication over an insurance card and they told me they still charging me the $50 for a cancellation they were so rude and unprofessional will not recommend

Always on their time. We had appointments rescheduled for weeks and weeks during my wife’s second trimester. Staff telling us that there were complications and then putting off our appointments does not give us the best peace of mind. Finally showed up to out appointment and then we waited an hour. Very disorganized. There are much better run clinics.

Absolute WORST medical facility there is. Failed to inform me until the week of the app. THEY scheduled that they won’t have an ultrasound tech and made me find somewhere else on my own. Released me from the follow up just to call, laughing, once in my car that they forgot they had to do a blood draw and made me come back for it. During the follow up, I had to remind them of procedures I had done at THEIR office and they never recorded in my file. No one would call back when I tried to transfer my records to a new facility so I physically went in over a week ago and filled the paperwork out. Have been calling them EVERY DAY for the past week to see why my new facility has not received my records. RHWC finally calls 30 minutes before closing on friday to tell me it’s been failing to send and that I have to wait another week to try again. Don’t go here, save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else. Cannot wait to find care in someone else.
