My boyfriend, his mom and his moms boyfriend had a litter of pups, only two weeks old who were sick with something like Parvo. This is him typing out the rest. One died right before we got there and one other that night. They had refused to even see one of our animals since we were $25 short, even when we tried to get a loan that they offered for the treatment and yet it never worked or came in. We were sitting outside with these little sick pups and one 8 month old and they even refused us water for our pups who hadn’t drank or ate in 2 days. Their staff is incompetent and for an emergency clinic, they have no sense of emergency or how to do their own jobs. They should be shut down, and I pity those who take their animal best friends there. It’s been months past and those pups except 3 died, along with the 8 month old pup who was my own. We had to bury them all and they didn’t even care to see them or try to ease their suffering.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Clinic. I don't live in Pitt County and every other emergency vet clinic I tried to take my dog to was not taking any more pets as they were full. I called this clinic and they let me know that there may be a 3 hour wait. I was desperate for my dog to be seen. I arrived about 10:30 pm and a staff member took my paperwork within 15 min of being there. I waited maybe 10 min and they took my fur baby to get vitals. They quickly asked if I would consent to x-rays. Within, what seemed like a lifetime, but was really less than 20 min. they brought me in to discuss my dog's condition. My dog was in critical condition, Dr. Parker explained all of my options and unfortunately I had to make one of the worst decisions ever. Dr. Parker and her staff were so caring and compassionate. I appreciate the advice, time and compassion we were shown. Thank you, Tisha

Questions & Answers

I was told that the doctor was doing surgery and I come in 3 hours later after I called and said my dog may be choking then hung up on... are there not any other doctors able to look at animals/pets?

Oh no!! I think there is one doctor and some vet techs. Emergency Vet we went to got us back after they saw what animal was the worst. I think choking is definitely worse. Is he doing okay?

Will they allow us to be billed?
