In the past we havent had any problems but today we got put on hold for 30 minutes for an appointment that we arrived right on time for. I hate having my time wasted by lazy receptionists that cant do their only purpose but i feel for my poor cat who suffers because of it. This ones for you. If you come here go through the doors and check in in-person as the receptionists would rather be on facebook than help.

My review for the vet yesterday: Poor communication and carelessness. My dog was supposed to be evaluated for a surgical procedure which they failed to do at that appointment. After several phone calls, they said to send pictures which didn't go through until I sent them again on the 3rd time when I was talking to a person to ensure they received it. They said yes but I didn't feel confident in their answer because how much can you tell from a picture? I didn't want to put her through a surgery if it wasn't necessary. I scheduled her spay and they didn't do it. I spoke with the receptionist who was under the impression the vet called me already to explain why, as was I. I asked them to at least prescribe her allergy medicine as she had been very itchy lately. It wasn't ready so I asked them to call in her allergy medicine to their location on Hwy 33 because it is closer to my house. When asked at 33 if they received the prescription request, they had not, nor do they recommend it for a dog her age. It all feels pretty careless and I will not be going back.

Absolutely the best vet clinic I have ever been to!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions with patience and kindness. They responded by phone, text and email which was so helpful for me as a teacher, and, most importantly, they took outstanding care of my son's sick gecko! Love this staff from the front desk, to the technicians to the doctor!! Thank you for being so good to our gecko and to us!!
