Great private rv resort. They have different membership packages available and provide a free test run of the facilities for those interested in becoming members. Really nice staff members and very helpful

My family & I visited last weekend and we really enjoyed it! We didn't have many expectations going in due to the mixed reviews, and we were aware we'd have to sit through the presentation, however, we all really enjoyed our stay! We were escorted to our spot by a nice lady on a golf cart, we were parked right up the hill from the river (which has a walking trail along it) and right across from the Kids Clubhouse! This place was very family friendly with a pool, a restaurant on site (which has amazing breakfast!) & lots of activities for kids during the day. When we met Janna & Kerry for the presentation, there was absolutely no pressure, they were friendly and helpful and they answered all of our questions and concerns. While it isn't open to the public, it's worth taking advantage of the 3 day stay and seeing what these resorts have to offer!

I absolutely love this place! I was extremely discouraged after reading all the reviews. However, Everyone is definitely entitled to there own opinion, but honestly I have nothing but good things to say about this place .From Dennis taking us to our campsite when we arrived, to Bill helping me find my way back to the campsite when I got lost. The breakfast in the Lonestar Lodge was great! I had great water pressure and no issues with electric. I really enjoyed My time in the membership office with Katie and went to town on all the delicious treats Kerry gave to us. I definitely would recommend Tres Rios to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place is such a disappointment. Its one of the most beautiful places I've seen in Texas and it's owned by a selfish corporation that restricts Texans from visiting unless you pay a $12,000.00 for a membership. To the greedy person that sold this place, you should be ashamed to take a Texas jewel away from ALL TEXANS FOR PROFIT!!!! SHAME!!! IT SHOULD BE ON THE TEXAS HISTORICAL REGISTRY AND SHARED BY ALL TEXANS!!! EDITED DUE TO RESPONSE: Since it is a historical location in Texas, even more SHAME ON YOU! It should be a property left to Texas Parks and Texans should be allowed to access OUR HISTORY!!!! Not for profit from some out of town corporation using our history for gain. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!

No, u can't stay in RV for extended time,, you will have to open door and come outside occasionally
A bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work... Lol
I thought check in was offficially 2 pm. But as answered above. They will park you when you arrive.
Hi Richardo, give the Reservations Team a call at 855-872-1469, and they can tell you what all the cabins we have available. 8am-5pm CST.
Okay no problem thank you for the time and respond back.
Great question Dale, we do allow tents outside of the RV. The only thing is that the tent must fit on your site.
Thanks Landa for the question. Dogs are welcome, assuming that they non-aggressive. You can put a tent up next to your RV on your space if you wish.
Hi Andrew, if you will go to oceancanyon.com and click on the special offer link, we may be able to get you a free stay.
Yes, and they are awesome!! Great location. We have had several family reunions here and they are wonderful!
They have awesome cabins to rent!
I would just in case they do a first come first serve and there are no spots left upon your arrival.
Not sure as we are members! I think you can get a 2-3 day visit for $20 and tour the property!
